Management
The P-TRAP consortium consists of 16 participants from 7 European countries, which requires an appropriate management structure to ensure a smooth and successful course of the project.
The organisational structure of P-TRAP is based on 7 work packages (WPs) and on the following management bodies:
Management Board: the communication interface between the EC and the project consortium, responsible for the overall management of P-TRAP
Supervisory Board: the central decision making board, responsible for the scientific strategy and direction
Training Board: responsible for the planning, organisation, and monitoring of the training activities
Dissemination & Communication Board: responsible for the planning organisation, and monitoring of dissemination and communication activities
External Advisory Board: external scientific expert board to advise the consortium and evaluate the progress of the project
Workpackages: thematic groups to structure, organise, and coordinate the (scientific, training, and administrative) project activities
